IMPORTANT REMINDER - Wholesale flowers will require conditioning when you receive them, this allows buds to open and flowers to bloom - you should therefore have your items delivered at least 2 to 3 days prior to usage to allow for this. Be aware that certain varieties can take up to a week to develop (e.g. Lillies, Alstromeria etc).

DELIVERY DATES

Our courier APC Overnight will deliver direct to your door 5 times a week*.

  • Tuesday delivery - place the order before 9am on Monday
  • Wednesday delivery – place the order before 9am on Tuesday
  • Thursday delivery – place the order before 9am on Wednesday
  • Friday delivery – place the order before 9am on Thursday
  • Saturday delivery – place the order before 9am on Friday

* Bank Holidays in the UK may effect delivery days

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver overnight courier with DHL and deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. We have measures in place to ensure that the order is always delivered fresh, one of these measures being that we personally drop off your order to the DHL depot. Because we are dealing with perishables, we dispatch the order in a manner that means the flowers and foliage are out of water for the least amount of time. If you order on a Tuesday any time after 8 am, it will only be dropped off at the depot in on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. Therefore, if you need your order on Wednesday, you have to place it anytime on Monday and before 7 am on Tuesday.

How is my ordered packed?

The flowers and foliage are carefully packed in a cardboard box long enough so they are not squashed or folded over. The order does not need to be kept in water during delivery because we send the order overnight and the products can withstand the journey.

What if I am not there to receive the delivery?

When you are checking out, it is vitality important you input special instructions for the courier. We pass this information to APC so that we can always ensure that the delivery is handed to someone. So you must input that information so when you are checking out to avoid the order not being delivered to someone if you are not there.

Do you delier to my area?

We deliver to most postcodes in the UK, using the overnight service. We use this service to ensure that the time the order is out of water is the minimum amount of time possible. Therefore, there may be some areas that we are not able to deliver to, where the courier cannot guarantee an overnight delivery. It is important to read the delivery tab to check which areas we deliver to. You are also welcome to email us to double check.

Do I need a trade account to purchase on FlowerSuppliers?

No, you don't need to set up a trade account with us in order to buy online. Our website is open to all businesses and all people to order from. Whether you are a florist, a wedding planner, an event organiser or just someone hosting a party - you are welcome to order. Simply check out online to receive your order of freshly cut flowers at trade prices!

Why are some products showing out of stock?

Unlike other trade flower websites, we are one of a few that allow you to order wholesale priced flowers for next day delivery. Therefore, you are viewing live stock levels on our website. Should something be out of stock, it is because of the high volume of orders but these items are replenished on a regular basis. Should you need something that is out of stock, you can contact us or place a pre-order form.

If you see a product that is out of stock, you are able to place a pre-order, where we can order in the items specifically for you and for a later date. Out of stock products occur as we deal with live stock to delivey orders the next day and therefore, they might have been sold or not currently at the warehouse.
